In the midst of loss, it’s easy to feel pressured to return to "normal" quickly and set your grief aside—but here, you are invited to pause, breathe, and focus on your healing journey.
Grief is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is healing. Our retreat incorporates:
- Guided Grief Support & Education – Helping you understand and validate your grief.
- Restorative Bodywork & Self-Care Practices – Supporting both the emotional and physical toll of grief.
- Compassionate Community & Connection – Offering a space where every loss is seen, honored, and respected.
- Time for Reflection & Stillness – Allowing you to process your grief in a way that feels right for you.
This weekend retreat is a space where your grief is honored, your heart is held, and you are met with deep compassion and understanding.
This retreat welcomes all who are grieving the death of a loved one, but we kindly ask that you be at least three months into your grief journey. In the early days of loss, grief can be overwhelming, and we want to ensure that you are in a place where you feel ready to engage with your emotions, connect with others, and receive the support offered. This retreat is designed to provide space for reflection, healing, and deeper inner work, and we want to honor your journey by ensuring it's the right time for you.Â
